At Marie Madeleine, we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Delivery times after shipment:
    • UPS Ground: 1–5 business days
    • UPS 3 Day Select: 1–3 business days
    • *Baton Rouge Area – UPS Ground: 1-2 business days

📍 Shipping Address Reminder

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • We cannot guarantee address changes once your order has been placed.

🌍 U.S. Shipping Only

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • All orders are shipped within the United States.

📬 Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 15 days of the shipping date so we can assist.

To report a lost package:
Email hello@shopmariemadeleine.com with the subject line: “LOST”
Include:

  • Your Order Number
  • A brief explanation of the issue

📦 Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of the shipping date.

To report a damaged item:
Email hello@shopmariemadeleine.com with the subject line: “DAMAGE”
Include:

  • Your Order Number
  • photo of the damaged item
  • brief description of the damage

We offer No Cost Returns — once your claim is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid UPS return shipping label.

☂️ Special Instructions for Holy Image Umbrellas

  • Keep the original box — if it’s still in good condition, we will ask you to use it to return the umbrella.
  • Once approved, a prepaid UPS return label will be sent to your email.
