Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY: After we have processed and shipped your order, a shipping confirmation email, along with a tracking number, will be sent to you. Once shipped, allow up to 1-5 business days for your delivery time on UPS Ground shipments and allow 1-3 business days for UPS 3 Day Select shipments.

 
Please confirm your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase; we cannot guarantee any updates on incorrect addresses once your order has been placed.  

We do not ship internationally. All of our shipments are shipped within the United States of America.  

If a package does not arrive or is lost in transit, please notify us utilizing the following rules within 15 days of shipping date so we can assist you to the best of our ability.  

 

LOST IN TRANSIT: Please email hello@shopmariemadeleine.com with SUBJECT reading “LOST”. Include the following in your email for your order lost in transit: 

  1. Order Number 
  2. Brief explanation 

 

If a package arrives damaged, please notify us utilizing the following rules within 15 days of shipping date so we can assist you to the best of our ability.  

 

DAMAGED ORDERS: Please email hello@shopmariemadeleine.com with SUBJECT reading “DAMAGE”. Include the following in your email for damaged orders: 

  1. Order Number 
  2. Picture of damaged item with brief description
