Do you ship internationally?

  • No — currently, we only ship within the United States.
  • We do not offer shipping to international destinations at this time.

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

  • If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 15 days of the shipping date.
  • Email us at hello@shopmariemadeleine.com with the subject “DAMAGE”, and include:
    • Your Order Number
    • A photo of the damaged item
    • A brief description of what is damaged
  • We offer No Cost Returns — once your damage claim is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid UPS return shipping label.
  • For Holy Image Umbrellaskeep the original box (if it’s in good condition), because we’ll ask you to use that box to ship the umbrella back to us.

How do I begin a Return?

  • To initiate a return, email hello@shopmariemadeleine.com with the subject “RETURN”. Include:
    • Your Order Number
    • The reason for the return
    • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Returns must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

Do you wholesale?

Yes! We offer wholesale opportunities for our Greeting Cards by Marie Madeleine. Holy Image Umbrellas and My Daily Prayer Booklets are only offered for Catholic Church Gift Shops.
