Return Policy

RETURN POLICY: Items are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your delivered date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.  

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Items you want returned, must be in the original packaging + in new and unused condition. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS are items on sale and our greeting card collection.   

TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN, please email hello@shopmariemadeleine.com with SUBJECT reading “RETURN”. Include the following in your email requesting a return: 

1. Order Number 
2. Reason for request 
3. What items you would like to return 

Once your return has been accepted, a shipping label will be emailed to you.  

 Our team will process returns once received. Please allow 7-15 business days for returns to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. *The original shipping cost will be deducted from your refunded amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

EXCHANGE POLICY: If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above. Then place a new order for the item you would like in exchange. If you need to apply a prior discount, please email us at hello@shopmariemadeleine.com.
