At Marie Madeleine, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we make it easy — with No Cost Returns and a hassle-free process.

No Cost Returns

  • We provide a prepaid return shipping label — no fees, no stress.
  • Just email us and we’ll take care of the rest.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Products must be:
    • New and unused
    • In their original packaging
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Greeting card collection

📧 How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at hello@shopmariemadeleine.com with the subject line: “RETURN”
Please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • The reason for your return
  • The item(s) you wish to return

Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label via email.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days of receiving your return
  • Funds will be returned to your original method of payment
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item:

  1. Request a return by following the steps above
  2. Place a new order for your desired item
  3. Need a previously used discount applied? Just email us!

☂️ Holy Image Umbrellas — Special Return Instructions

If your umbrella arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Keep the original box — we will request the umbrella be returned in this packaging
  • Email hello@shopmariemadeleine.com with:
    • Your Order Number
    • Photos of the damage
    • A brief description of the issue
  • We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label
  • Once received, we will issue a refund or send a replacement
